PROSPENOMICS

Prospenomics is the study of prosperity and its generators, aiming to chart pathways toward a post-scarcity society, a concept anticipated by Murray Bookchin in 1971, in which technological advances and social reorganization overcome material deprivation; it proposes that once scarcity is eliminated, the market economy and its entire dynamics lose meaning, requiring us to be prepared for that day through an approach that transcends conventional paradigms of economics based on markets, prices, and accumulation, which sustain relative abundance at the cost of arduous, inefficient, and poorly distributed labor, while generating waste and environmental chaos; in contrast, it advocates the intelligent optimization of social and ecological systems to achieve shared prosperity, harmony, and sustainability, drawing both from historical examples of decisions that fostered prosperity and from the visions of thinkers such as Gene Roddenberry, who in Star Trek imagined a future where people work to develop talents and personal ambitions rather than exchange goods through money, and Buckminster Fuller, who understood prosperity not as mere material wealth or economic growth but as the assurance of well-being and sustainability for all forms of life on the planet. How Prospenomics Differs from Simple Economics

If economy traditionally focuses on the exchange of wealth among humans, it differs exponentially from *prospenomics, which focuses on the relationships of prosperity and ecological balance of the planet as a whole. While the economy traditionally focuses on monetary aspects and the distribution of resources among humans, prospenomics broadens this perspective to consider global prosperity, in which the life of any living being, no matter how insignificant it may seem to humans, if negatively affected, will adversely affect the well-being of all life forms and the sustainability of the planet. BASIC ARGUMENT OF PROSPENOMICS

Individual wealth is not prosperity - prosperity only happens when the group achieves wealth in harmony ....Socialism fails by focusing too much on equality – by inhibiting ancestral human instincts, society tends to a lack of satisfaction, of freedom and leading the economy to collapse in semi-poverty; ....Capitalism fails by focusing too much on selfishness – making people believe that the unequal accumulation of resources is good for society, causing poverty and imbalance opportunities; ....Prospenomy is a third option in which the exploitation of resources with balance and intelligence creates post-scarcity, favoring a community that prospers by logic, real dedication to talents and by the fraternal spirit.

PROSPENOMICS

Before the Industrial Revolution, we lived with immediate resources, we ate what we hunted and harvested, we had full harmony with the other nearly 9 million species. With the agricultural revolution, we started to have surplus production, which created the need for us to develop new algorithms to adapt to these brilliant new realities. We had to create currency exchange, banks, we had to abandon the nomadic life to stabilize ourselves in cities and we started to have to worry about surplus transportation and security against theft and robbery. START OF PLANETARY DISARMONY We started to move away from planetary harmony, generating urban sewage and unbalanced waste. The industrial revolution has further increased this mismatch and today we have reached the point where we put at risk the delicate balance of the other species that until then lived in harmony, we have reached the point of having to worry about our own possible extinction. We emerged as a new super organism just like the existing ones of ants, bees and termites, with the difference that these social systems had time to adapt to the planet, about 150 million years ago - the human superorganism has no more than 30,000 years. Bees, for example, rely on social functioning algorithms governed by pheromones, astronomical observations, and also have elaborated communication skills. Soldiers and workers interact with drones and the queen, with a great degree of adaptation to the flows of life on the planet, in an enviable way, it is a highly symbiotic society, with essential pollination and feeding functions, serving an infinity of other species. The algorithms that runs on societies of social insects are infinitely more efficient than ours, because their systems are completely integrated and do not generate harmful side effects like ours. CHANGE FROM PARASITE TO SIMBIONT The good news is that we don't have to feel so guilty - this stage of human evolutionary maladjustment was necessary, it had to happen as it did, but it needs to be revised. We needed to go through this evolution and consequent imbalance, and now we have the task of finding new behavioral algorithms, more productive in relation to planetary harmony. Going back is not a logical option, what we have to do from now on is to find new behavioral algorithms that will allow us to better integrate the human superorganism into life on Earth. THIS IS THE MAIN GOAL OF PROSPENOMICS In a PROSPENOMIC SOCIETY we seek our own prosperity, but we also aim to promote the evolution of other forms of life on the planet, in a healthy, harmonious and dynamic way. We fully understand that our current society is acting in a parasitic way, with highly inappropriate, extremely inelegant behavior algorithms - We do that among us, human beings, causing hunger, misery and death of an important marginalized fraction, as well as harming the other species of living beings, causing the degradation of all biomes, changing the atmospheric composition and promoting accelerated extinction. Our conduct algorithms are extremely poorly integrated with the needs of the planet, we generate surplus waste, noise and light pollution, with highly harmful repercussions. PROSPENOMIC is the science that will enable the formation of a planetary consciousness in which human protagonism will create new algorithm of social conduct that will allow us to leave the current problematic civilizatory adolescence for full maturity, in which the planet will prosper in full balance.

Luiz Pagano

Luiz Pagano is a multi-talented individual who has made significant contributions to Brazilian culture in various fields. As a concept artist and illustrator, he is the creator of the Tupi-Pop movement, which blends elements of Brazilian culture, particularly those of the indigenous Tupi people, with pop culture references. He has also worked on projects such as the TEMBIU Project, which aims to bring elements of Amazonian gastronomy to high-end cocktails, and the CAPIVARA PARADE 2016, an ecological recovery campaign in urban centers. In addition to his artistic pursuits, Pagano has a background in the corporate world, particularly in introducing products to the Brazilian market. He has introduced several well-known brands to Brazil, including Flash Power, Franziskaner Weiss Bier, Löwenbräu, Russian Vodkas from the ZAO Veda group, and Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin. He has also worked as the On Premise Manager at Red Bull in Brazil and was responsible for Brand Education at Pernod Ricard for nine years. Pagano's most significant project, however, is CAUIM TIAKAU, which involves rescuing the ancestral fermented cassava drink, creating a new commercial category of Cauim, and promoting Brazilian ancestral culture to the general public. Through his various endeavors, Pagano has demonstrated a passion for preserving and promoting Brazilian culture, both within Brazil and around the world.
